Derby City Life Links - Personal Growth and Wellbeing Course

Eligibility: Derby City Residents over the age of 18yrs.

Venue: Derbion Community Hub, Derbion shopping centre, ground floor (opposite iceland), 10 London Road, Derby, DE1 2NQ

Dates of course: The course runs for 6 consecutive weeks from 04/09/2024 - 09/10/2024, each Wednesday.

Time: 10.30am - 12.30pm

It is advised that you arrive 10 minutes before the course commences.

Register your interest: You will be asked to complete a short set of questions when reserving your ticket, this information is being collected as part of your referral to engage in the recovery course.

The course will run over a 6 week period, with weekly sessions forming part of the course. It is not advised that you attend one session as a stand alone session and that you complete the course in full.

This course is a safe environment to learn more about individual wellbeing and working on personal growth.

Week 4 (25/09/2024) – Food, Mood & Exercise

Week 6 (09/10/2024) – Sleep Hygiene
