About this Event
Eligibility: Derby City Residents over the age of 18yrs.
Venue: Derbion Community Hub, Derbion shopping centre, ground floor (opposite iceland), 10 London Road, Derby, DE1 2NQ
Dates of course: The course runs for 6 consecutive weeks from 16/10/2024 - 20/11/2024, each Wednesday.
Time: 10.30am - 12.30pm
It is advised that you arrive 10 minutes before the course commences.
Register your interest: You will be asked to complete a short set of questions when reserving your ticket, this information is being collected as part of your referral to engage in the recovery course.
The course will run over a 6 week period, with weekly sessions forming part of the course. It is not advised that you attend one session as a stand alone session and that you complete the course in full.
Everyday Life Skills Course
This course is an opportunity to explore ways of managing and expanding knowledge on everyday life skills.

Week 4 (6/11/2024) – Motivation & Resilience
