🕘 Schedule
• 9:30 AM – Meet-up & check-in at Walmart
• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Cave experience
⏱️ Expect approximately 3 hours underground
Please arrive early to ensure a smooth departure.

• Veterans ONLY
• Limited to 14 veterans
• First come, first served
• Participants must be physically capable of navigating a cave environment
🧭 About the Experience
Depth Over Distance is a Warriors in Nature Project experience focused on connection over miles, presence over pace, and depth over distance.
This veteran-only underground experience is about stepping into discomfort together, building trust, and reconnecting through shared challenge in nature.
• Small group cave experience
• All required equipment provided
• Emphasis on safety, teamwork, awareness, and camaraderie
• No competition…..just shared experience
Warriors in Nature Project is hosting and facilitating participation, with the cave experience led by Rhonda Matteson, who will provide instruction and safety direction during the experience.
📝 Safety Waiver
For everyone’s safety and clarity, all participants will be required to sign a safety waiver prior to participating and before descending into Sullivan Cave.

✅ All caving equipment is provided
👕 Please wear durable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes with good traction.
🍽️ Optional Group Lunch
Following the cave experience, we are considering a group lunch for anyone interested.
This is optional and will be coordinated with participants afterward.

• Participation is voluntary and involves inherent outdoor risks
• Participants must follow all instructions provided during the experience
