Join us for a fun Kids Ruck!We will host a family ruck with some light kid inspired PT. 2ish miles.
Kids of all ages welcome, and it will be stroller friendly.
Kids can ruck with or without weight, or just stroll along with us. Bring sunscreen, snacks, and water.
