Going through a divorce is tough — you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m hosting a support group just for Denver moms who are navigating divorce and everything that comes with it. This is a safe, confidential space to share your story (only if you want to), get support, and connect with other moms who truly get it. No pressure, no judgment — just real conversations and real support.
I’m Dr. Stef, a local certified life coach and certified divorce coach. I’ll be there to guide the conversation, offer encouragement, and make sure this stays a place where everyone feels respected and heard.
Whether you’re newly separated or a few years down the road, you are welcome here.
