Join us Sunday, July 14 at 7:30 AM for a community ruck followed by a dip in the Golden river and a 20 minute yoga flow led by one of our yogis, Morgan!
Location: We'll meet at Mount Galbraith Park. Plentiful parking options with a restroom at trailhead.
Trail: Mount Galbraith Loop via Cedar Gulch Trail. Here is the All Trails link if you're interested.
Details: 4.2 mile loop in Golden, CO just 30 minutes outside of Denver. Moderately challenging route with ~900 elevation gain. The wildflowers are in full bloom! This trail offers some shade coverage and views of the contentential divide!
After the hike, we're driving just 10 minutes to Clear Creek to cold plunge and bask in the sun. Feel free to join us for this! Bring a towel and/or yoga mat, extra change of clothes or a swim suit, water, snacks and sunscreeen. Morgan will be leading us through a yoga flow after our hike when we meet up near the creek. Quite literally my perfect summer morning.
***Feel free to make-shift your own weighted backpack. This can be done by adding in books, bags of rice, or simply your water and some food or any extra gear. If you'd like to join just for a hike without weight, that's great, too.
