Join us Sunday, March 23 at 8:00 AM for a community ruck at North Table Mountain Park - West Trailhead!
Location: We'll meet in the parking lot on the West side. Plentiful amounts of parking options in the lot. Restrooms avaliable.
Details: Tilting Mesa to Mesa Top Loop --> 3.2 mi hike near Golden, GO. This trail gets full sun exposure which is nice in early spring. There's about 541 ft elevation gain - just enough to get our heart rate up in the beginning. It's very doable - with or without a weighted backpack. This is the time to check our fitness levels before the summer hiking season begins. I can't wait to see everyone!

***Feel free to make-shift your own weighted backpack. This can be done by adding in books, bags of rice, or simply your water and some food or any extra gear. If you'd like to join just for a hike without weight, that's great, too!
