The Intermediate program is for players that have a 3.0 to 4.0 rating that are looking to improve their game. Players should be able to keep the ball in play during short rallys, uses third shot drops during match play, and attempts to consistently dink cross court and down the line. The objective of Intermediate camps is to reinforce solid stroke technique, transitional play from the baseline to the non-volley zone, and also game-winning strategies so that participants can move to the next level of play.Each day includes direct instruction of specific strokes and strategies, skill development, and game implementation. Each learning segment is concluded with a culminating game. All aspects of the game will be included: including injury prevention, mental toughness training, and competitive-edge practices.
