Join us as we celebrate the captivating artwork of Denise Emerson. She began her artistic journey with acrylic painting, beading, and sewing, gradually expanding her talents. She later studied graphic design at the University of Washington, incorporating design training into her work. Today, she employs an unexpected tool—Excel—to meticulously craft each piece, keeping her family’s aesthetic in heart and mind. Her works beautifully reflect the rich history of her Navajo and Skokomish heritage.
