ALL of our contestants will receive a large gorgeous crown, custom glitter trophy, custom glitter title sash, glitter pageant t-shirt and more! Keep reading.....
3 PAGEANTS - Only taking the first 16 entries per pageant time
Pageant 1:
REGISTRATION * 10:30am *** PAGEANT * 11:30am
Under 1 / 1 yr / 2 yrs
Pageant 2:
REGISTRATION * 1pm *** PAGEANT * 1:30pm
3 yrs / 4 yrs / 5-6 yrs
Pageant 3:
REGISTRATION * 3:30pm *** PAGEANT * 4pm
7-8 yrs / 9-11 yrs / 12-14 yrs
AWARDING *
*Most Beautiful , Best Diamond Fashion (pageant dress/gown) , Best Denim Fashion, Best Eyes , Best Smile , Stage Star and Most Photogenic in each division
*WV State Supreme Queen, WV State Queen and WV State Princess in each age division
*WV State Ultimate Hi-Point Supreme, WV State Grand Supreme, WV State Mini Supreme, (2) WV State Diamond Supreme and (2) WV State Denim Supreme in each pageant time
DIAMOND WEAR *
Beauty Dress (first category on stage): Any pageant dress of any color or style.
If you choose a short dress, it should have white socks & white shoes for 0-6 yrs and small heels (no socks) for those 7&up. If you choose a long dress, it should have coordinating shoes/heels.
Glitz pageant dresses allowed. Age appropriate makeup allowed on all ages. Small hair pieces allowed on ages 3&up. No fake tanning, no long hair falls, no fake teeth.
Judging is based on the facial beauty, overall appearance and personality/stage presence. Time limit on stage - 70 seconds.
DENIM WEAR *
Each contestant will appear on stage in a DENIM WEAR of their choice. This must be BLUE (light or dark) denim....Denim jeans, denim dresses, denim vests, denim overalls, denim jackets....Be creative as anything goes! Outfit may be custom made or off the rack. Please no "daisy-dukes" short shorts on any ages. If cut-off denim shorts are worn, please make sure they are fingertip length. Hats, belts, jewelry and other accessories welcome.
NO props or other hand held items. Judging is based on the Wow factor, overall appearance and personality/stage presence.
YOU will choose your own music for Denim Wear. Choose your favorite upbeat song and EMAIL song choice to director by April 5th to [email protected]. Time limit for stage - 70 seconds. I will edit and burn all music for all contestants.
PHOTOGENIC *
Each contestant should bring an 8x10 or 5x7 picture (prefer headshots - no retouched pictures) to Registration on the day of the pageant. Can be color or black & white. NO FRAMES PLEASE.
WV STATE FAN FAVORITE *
Please contact the Director for more details. Participation in the Fan Favorite does not have any effect on pageant titles. These have their own awards & titles and is based on the most donations turned in by pageant day.
ENTRY FEE *
Early Bird Price: $100 / EARLY BIRD DEADLINE - March 21st
$150 if entered after March 21st / FINAL DEADLINE - WHEN WE FILL UP!
*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP TAKING ENTRIES REGARDLESS OF STATED DEADLINES.
Please do not ask to have a spot saved. You must turn in atleast your $50 entry fee deposit & entry form.

2. To pay your entry fee, our preferred method is FACEBOOK PAY. There are no fees associated with that and is very simple to do.

3. Paypal is available to email [email protected] ... YOU MUST PAY FEES if using the Paypal option. There is NO Friends/family option to send. (If you are paying $50 - Please send $52. If you are paying $100 - Please send $104.)

You agree that neither Classic Pageants or pageant venue are responsible for any lost or stolen items, accidents and/or injuries that may occur before, during or after said pageant event. By signing below, you give permission for all images to be used as promotional and media use without compensation. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. All judges decisions are final. We pledge a fun, fair day of pageantry with all prizes stated guaranteed.
