– How It Works
– Protection Practices
– Practical Session (guided use)
– Safely Closing a Session
– Creating Your Own Board with Intentionality
– Storage & Care of the Board
– Benefits & Related Tools
If you desire, you will have the opportunity to participate in a live Spirit Board session with Kiki and other class participants!
**If you have your own spirit board, feel free to bring it to the session if you would like!
