William Hale of All-Farm Organics has been an organically certified small scale field crop producer for twenty years. Starting with open pollinated heritage popcorn for seed contracts and bulk compost for sale to gardeners, it has expanded into other heritage corn and small grains, both for seed and for milling. The emphasis has been on creating soil health through intensive mixed multi species cover cropping.
