Join Patty Chevalier Samm as she takes you on a journey of transformation.
If you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, this afternoon workshop is for you. You will gain insight into anxiety and stress from an energetic perspective and where you hold it in your body. You will learn tools to take you to a theta brainwave with which you can alleviate these energies and feel more grounded, in your body and in your power. You will activate the neural pathway in your body to secure this tool so it becomes easy and automatic. You will hold space for yourself and others to transmute the heavy energies within through a group healing. During the final portion of the class, you will receive a channeled message to expand and hold your transformation.
