Description
Join us for an abbreviated version of our popular demonstration classes: you'll sample each dish as our instructors show you how to make it. You'll not only enjoy a delicious meal that includes Hatch chiles in every bite, but you'll pick up tips and discover new techniques that will make your time in the kitchen at home so much more enjoyable.
For ages 21 & up. You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with your meal.

- At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
