About this Event
As dementia rates rise and health and care services remain underfunded, innovative community support is vital. Football clubs and their charitable foundations are uniquely positioned to assist people living with dementia and their families. Though this approach is new, co-produced resources within these community settings could significantly improve access to support for those most in need.
