Whether you are living with dementia, a dedicated caregiver, a family member, or a friend, this group is here for you.Join us on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity to:

Discuss challenges in a safe and empathetic space.
Exchange coping strategies to improve daily life.
Foster a sense of community and mutual understanding.
Our sessions often feature discussions led by experienced facilitators, insightful guest speakers, and valuable information on local resources, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those affected by dementia.
