Are you a carer of someone with dementia or someone who has dementia, that would like support? Dementia Support Cafe sessions are held at Bitham Walk Hall in Woolavington, Bridgwater. 10am-12pm Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, with the lovely Lenny from Polden Medical Practice. Offering support, advice and guidance to ensure you are not alone and are being heard.
