Join us on the first Thursday of every month 10.30am - 12.00pm at Ash Grove Medical Centre for our Dementia Support Café. It is a relaxed, informal and free drop in providing support for people with memory difficulties and their carers.
We provide companionship, information and advice, opportunity for private chats, occasional speakers and therapists and free refreshments.
