Dementia Action Week Expo Event

The Dementia Action Alliance Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster are holding a special information and support event and talks in the Small Hall, Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, W8 7NX. This event is for the residents of the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

This is an opportunity to gather information and support from a range of organisations who are dedicated to supporting individuals with dementia, their families, and friends.
