DELTA PEDALERS – AUGUST AWAY CLUB RIDE!WILDER RANCH MTB OR PESCADERO ROAD RIDE!
Sunday - August 17, 2025 we have two unique rides planned for our Wilder Ranch State Park event!
A fun MTB or gravel bike adventure around the hills and coastline of Wilder Ranch State Park in Santa Cruz. A beautiful 62 mile out and back Oceanview ride to Pescadero.
The plan is to meet inside Wilder Ranch State Park ($10 per vehicle parking fee) at the bathroom parking lot at 8:00am to get the prime parking spots at this very, very popular park! We’ll be rolling out at 8:30am for some fun XC MTB style riding with a bit of chunk in some areas. For those choosing the road bike ride, the departure time is the same and Minh will make sure you have an amazing ride as well! This should be an absolutely amazing day riding your road bike along the coast!
Lunch: We will finish the day with another scrumptious post ride potluck lunch! Delta Pedalers will be providing the main dishes. Well, we’ll see what Chef Ale’ has in mind! It is sure to be another epic day riding and sharing with friends for sure! If you need a suggestion about what to bring, please send a note to Ale! Don’t forget to bring your chairs and BYOB!
Please note: We might have a couple of MTB riders drive to Wilder Ranch that may have room for you and your bike for the transport back to Brentwood (carpooling is recommended). It’s best to post your request for a ride early and make arrangements with each other.
