Join us for the 1st Delta Child Care Forum — a morning of learning, collaboration, and inspiration with elected officials, and community-based agencies. Together, we’ll explore innovative approaches to strengthen child care in Delta and across British Columbia.
This forum will highlight proven municipal strategies, the economic benefits of child care, and practical ways to advance inclusion and accessibility. Most importantly, it’s a chance to connect with partners and collectively identify local solutions that work for Delta.

In Delta, we meet and work on the traditional and ancestral territory of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking peoples, including Tsawwassen and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam). We recognize our neighbours the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Tsleil-Waututh, Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Hwlitsum, and Qayqayt First Nations. As traditional territories overlapped, they too may have a relationship with the lands we now call Delta. We recognize and honor those who have been stewards of this land since time immemorial.
