Community Greening be passing out FREE TREES with the City of Delray Beach on Saturday, Feb. 1st starting at 10am at the Spady Cultural Heritage Museum!This will be a Walk-up Tree Giveaway, with options of both native and fruit trees.
Trees will be passed out on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of three trees per household (1 fruit tree max).
Must be a City of Delray Beach Resident to receive a tree.
Species Options:
Native Trees: dahoon holly, inkwood
Fruit Trees: june plum, soursop
All trees will come in 3 gallon containers. Trees should be planted in the ground – they will not to thrive in a pot/planter. Trees will come with species information and planting guides.
