Join us on the sand for a free Sunset Beach Yoga & Meditation practice designed to help you release stress, ground your energy, and reconnect with yourself under the beauty of the setting sun.
This pop-up class blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation to guide you back into balance. Surrounded by community and the soothing sound of the ocean, you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. 🌊💫
Led by @TheAuraDoctor, this event welcomes all levels—from complete beginners to experienced yogis.
