Always wanted to do more exercise, or meditation, or … find another distraction for the mind?DANCING FREEDOM offers you a fun, relaxing, non-thinking, non-confrontational way to find freedom from these thoughts/emotions/feelings!
You will find yourself in a space where non-verbal communication is promoted, no need for words. Somewhere you can let go and engage your body in a somatic, meditative, healing practice without having to consciously do anything. Switch off, tune out and find out how to relax your mind by simply moving, however the body feels to, with this lightly guided dance practice.

Gift Your Self the Time to Allow Mindful Presence: once a month, in Deloraine, every 1st Saturday (also in Penguin, every 4th Saturday), 1:30-3:30pm.
