Our Deloraine Celtic Music Weekend aims to help current and aspiring traditional folk musicians learn and connect through tuition, awesome sessions, a Bush Dance and a Tutor's Concert that highlights what our amazing tutors can do. Come along and participate either as a musician, a dancer, or a listener, to folk music with an Irish flavour that can only mean lots of fun! Get involved in a folk music community for a weekend or a day or a lifetime...it has spanned many lifetimes already.Tuition is for Flute and Whistle, Fiddle, Mandolin/Banjo, Anglo Concertina, Guitar, Bodhran. We can cater to beginners but recommend that you at least know how to play a D and a G scale on your instrument
Our Tutors are renowned both Nationally and Internationally. They are Ruth Boylan, Allan Evans, Oscar West, Ewen Baker, Anna Talbot and Matthew Dames. All bios on our website
The Concert and Bush Dance tickets can be bought separately, and are great for some family fun and people of all ages
