Yolonda and Lenard Young are campground, mobile home park, and real estate investors. They have received recent notoriety for being the new owners of the oldest Black-owned campground in the United States, the G&R campground. Nestled in the heart of Houston, Delaware, G&R is situated on over 30 acres with 200+ RV and tent sites, cabins, and glamping options.
Gary Scott is president of Allen Tate Company, responsible for the day-to-day operations for the company, which includes 2,100 Realtors in 72 local offices, throughout the greater Charlotte, Triad, Triangle, High Country, Highlands/Cashiers and Asheville/Mountain regions of North Carolina and the Upstate region of South Carolina. He also oversees integration of the Allen Tate Family of Companies including mortgage, insurance, title, relocation and new construction services.
Ed Tarlov joined Giordano, DelCollo, Werb & Gagne, LLC in 2019. Ed concentrates his practice in real estate, business and banking transactions. Ed’s clients consist of builders, lenders, real estate investors and families in a wide array of real estate matters, including acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, and formation and management of condominiums and homeowners associations. He has handled over 10,000 real estate and business transactions from family homes to office buildings.
Mark McGoldrick is the Executive Vice President for Howard Hanna. McGoldrick brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage banking and executive management. He most recently worked as mortgage retail sales manager for a multinational financial services company. From 1996-2006, McGoldrick led Allen Tate Mortgage, now Howard Hanna Mortgage, as president.
Rob Harrison, Realtor & Property Manager with Harrison Properties Ltd. that was established in 1990 by Jan and Bob Harrison. Their vision was to create a small, full-service real estate company built on personal care and attention to detail…one transaction at a time. More than thirty years later, Harrison Properties remains small by design and successfully relies on referrals from satisfied buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors.
Kristina Lingo earned her real estate license in 2012 and joined Jack Lingo, REALTOR'S Rehoboth Beach rental department. In 2017, she served on the board of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS (SCAOR) Community Service Foundation. In 2018, she became the foundation's president. Additionally, she was awarded SCAOR's 2018 Good Neighbor Award on account of her work in her community. She currently volunteers for the Women's Council of REALTORS as well as serves on the 2020 board of the Sussex County YMCA.
Eileen Palmer is a Business Development Specialist for Delaware State Housing Authority. Eileen has been in the lending arena for over 20 years and has been with DSHA for over a year in the Business Development Lender Specialist role. Her goal is to educate as many individuals about homeownership programs that will help homeownership here in Delaware.
Stephanie Griffin is the Director of Housing Development for Delaware State Housing Authority.
