The Delaware Division of Health and Social Services will be here with the FREE Mobile Health Care Clinic with available vaccines and health information from 10am-3pm. No appointment needed. Insurance accepted but not necessary. A representative from the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health will also be at the library from 11:30am-1:30pm. They will have Narcan and wound care kits to distribute, along with information and giveaways.
