After a stunning launch in 2024, Delapré Food Festival is back in 2025 - a fabulous day out for foodies.Artisan food and drink stalls will throng the lawns at Delapré Abbey, bringing the beautiful urban, country house to life for one grand summer weekend, with a professional chef demo stage, outdoor bars, cocktail workshops, tastings and cheese masterclasses. Tours of the Abbey are included in the ticket price.
Brought to you by the creators of Towcester Food Festival and Bite Street NN, Delapré Food Festival is a celebration of artisan food and drink from Northamptonshire and beyond.
The south lawn will feature a bustling street food market where you can eat to the strains of live music from our acoustic stage. There'll be face painting and bouncy castles for the kids along with other free activities and paid for cookery classes.
The chef demos will and feature the best local chefs, including the award-winning Bart Polinski, head chef at Hibiscus. Other big NN names include James Peck from Ember in Wellingborough and Carmelo Sereno Hayes, the Queen of Italian Cuisine in Northampton.
Each chef will cook a favourite dish using fresh seasonal produce while offering tips on how to improve your own cooking.
The cheese masterclasses offer the chance to sample some of the finest cheddars and blues while learning all about cheese from expert Shane Holland.
Number 13 Bar will host the cocktail workshops. Additional paid tickets are required for the cheese masterclasses and cocktail workshops.
The Orangery will be offering cream teas on Saturday and Sunday afternoon and there are guided tours of the house twice a day or you can explore at your leisure.
The house will be open on both days from 10am to 4pm. Sorry but no dogs or food or drink in the house.
Please note the ground at Delapré Abbey can be uneven.

Online booking via Eventbrite. Tickets include access to the walled gardens and admission into the house, either for a twice-daily guided tour or for you to walk round at your leisure. No dogs or food and drink are allowed in the house.
Early bird tickets are £12. Second release tickets £16 and final release/on the day tickets £20. Children under the age of ten are free. Child ticket (ten years and above) £2.50. Family tickets (two adults and two children over ten years) - early bird £24, second relase £34 and final release/on the day £45. Booking fees apply.

No alcohol or food (other than snacks for small children) are allowed into the event.
What is the refund policy?
If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be refunded in full. Other than that, no refunds will be given.
