DeKalb A&S: How to Use Rare Books and Special Collections, + Tour of NIU Collections

Sata/Baron Kazuhiko will lead a class on how to navigate rare books and special collections, how to understand their organization, and how to get in touch with the right people to help your research journey. As part of this class, we'll get the see some of the coolest treasures of NIU's special collections, including illuminated manuscripts and ancient works. You can even request specific items you want to see in person.
