1. WEIGHTED LUNGES, 30 (M: 55lbs F:33lbs)
2. ROW, 500m
3. BOX STEP, 20
4. WEIGHTED SITUPS, 25 (M: 20lb, F: 14lbs)
5. SKI ERG, 500m
6. FARMERS CARRY, 100m (M: 60lbs, F: 40lbs)
7. ASSAULT / ECHO BIKE, 25 calories
8. DEAD BALL THROW, 20 (M: 60lbs, F: 40-lbs)
9. TANK PUSH/PULL, 100m (M: level 3, F: level 2)
10. BURPEE RAM, 20 (M: 44lbs, F: 22lbs)
We also have 3 categories:
- TEAM: 2 person teammates break up the zones and running in any manner they wish.
- INDIVIDUAL: smash thru it like a beast
- RUCK: individual wearing an approved 20-lb rucksack.
