Prepare like a pro.....Booked onto the DEKA FIT EVENT IN DERBY????
This session will enable you to have a complete run through before the event.
Test out you technique, time and tactics before the event.
The simulation can be completed as an individual or as a pair. you will be given a 30 minute window for your start time wave. Select start time when buying tickets.(refunds only availible 5 days before the event)
