Come test your strength and grit as you tackle the DEKA Atlas!The Deka Atlas workout consists of 10 zones, each with a specific exercise and weight requirement. The zones are:
Zone 1: Barbell Thrusters (20 reps)
Zone 2: Burpee Over Bar (20 reps)
Zone 3: Surrender Lunges (20 reps)
Zone 4: Single Arm Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (20 reps)
Zone 5: Dumbbell Bear Crawl (40 meters)
Zone 6: Sit-Ups (20 reps)
Zone 7: Farmer's Carry (60 meters)
Zone 8: Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead Press (20 reps)
Zone 9: Jump Rope Single Under (100 reps)
Zone 10: Atlas Shoulder to Carry (100 meters)
For those not wanting to do the Atlas, we will also offer the DEKA Strong option!
Finishers will receive a finisher tee, medal and certificate!
