About this Event
F.A.C.E. Consulting Collaborative offers a two-day workshop where we will deepen awareness, strengthen skills, and build community to challenge systems of inequality and inequity.
In this interactive and experiential workshop participants will:
- Build knowledge and skills for growing more effective cross-cultural relationships and partnerships.
- Move awareness and understanding into skills, commitment and action.
- Grow more culturally inclusive teams, organizations and communities.
- Engage in ally work and relationships to address cultural competency, inequity and social justice.
Who will Benefit from attending?
This workshop is designed for individuals who want to be more effective in their work for equity in organizations, communities, and families. Past participants in our workshops include but are not limited to Program Directors, Executive Directors, Community Organizers, Youth Development professionals, parents, and community members.
Who is F.A.C.E.?
F.A.C.E. Consulting Collaborative aims to Facilitate Awareness & Change for Equity. The members of the team are Ginlin Woo, Viviana Aguilar, Jeff Birdsall, Anna Hansen, & Mike Beebe. Our mission is to assist & support individuals, organizations, & communities in confronting issues of diversity in a community building strategy focused on truth telling, change, & equity. The training team has decades of experience as facilitators, educators, storytellers, & community organizers.
