Working with Kakasana and Bakasana, (Crow and Crane pose) this workshop is to build confidence in strong arm balances. Again, we will work with the philosophical elements of the practises and build strength and stability with time and patience. These postures are some of the best to use to overcome fear of moving forward. Previous yoga experience is necessary
