The Defensive Measures Empty Hand System was originally developed for Military and Law Enforcement (mainly at the Special Teams level) by Martial Arts Hall of Famer Hank Hayes. Hank recognized that the men and women that keep this Country safe don't have the time to spend years in a Dojo to develop skills that may or may not work out in the streets. They need results NOW!! They need a system that is highly effective, easy to do, easy to learn, and most importantly easy to remember in high stress environments. Something that works for most people, on most people, in most situations. Simplicity over complexity. This is not a "YMCA Self-Defense Class" nor is it some McDojo bullshit. This is learning how to survive and dominate in a real world, fight for your life, situation. This course will shift your mindset to become a hard target by developing your situational awareness and, if needed, to approach and win every fight you may find yourself in.
Principles You Will Learn:
- Situational Awareness (before, during, and after attack).
- Develop a winning "No Fail Option" mindset.
- How to be a hard target in your daily life.
- Develop your security, mobility, and explosivity.
- How to approach and win every fight you may find yourself in. (Avoid fights whenever able, but when its go-time, WIN!!).
- How to use savage, brutal, explosive, violence of action to cause damage at every opportunity until the threat stops (Never using more force than necessary to neutralize threats).
- How to find and strike "High Valued Targets" and totally disrupt your attackers O.O.D.A. Loop.
