Female owned Cape Town based company owner Mosele-Magampa will be hosting a Self Defence Class on Saturday 29th November. During this power packed 90-minute hands-on session women will learn valuable self-defense skills by Krav Maga instructor Frank Lebert [IKMF Certified Civilian & Law Enforcement] which they can apply in future.
Following the class you will enjoy a healthy post workout drink while you mingle and share stories with other empowered warriors.
There will also be a FAB goodie bag filled with a few awesome local brands' treasures to take home as well as a lucky draw!
