Grab your girlfriends – and enjoy this special Ayurveda workshop!We will explore Ayurveda's fundamental approach to a healthy routine so that you may reach a state of balance in your whole being—body, mind, and spirit—that is uniquely right for your constitution (dosha) and the season of life you are in.
You will learn:
-The basics of Ayurveda
-What your primary dosha is
-Yoga practices to support your dosha(s)
In addition, we will have a salad and tea bar with ingredients to support each dosha.
This workshop counts as 2 hours of CEU's for Yoga Alliance registered yoga teachers.
