W zawodach startować będą dwie grupy zawodników:
PRO i NON-PRO
Aby wystartować w zawodach należy posiadać certyfikat freedivingowy, udokumentowane doświadczenie w innych zawodach lub przejść test w obecności instruktora Deepspot (szczegóły w Regulaminie na stronie)

Konkurencja polega na zanurkowaniu (w dowolny sposób: FIM, CWT, CNF itp.) na zadaną głębokość (44 metry w grupie PRO lub 20 metrów w grupie NON-PRO), wynurzeniu się do głębokości nie większej niż 2 metry i kontynuowaniu nurkowania w postaci podwodnej statyki. Wygrywa zawodnik, którego nurkowanie będzie trwało najdłużej.

This is the SECOND FREEDIVING INDOOR COMPETITION IN POLAND!

Two groups of competitors will take part in the competition:
PRO and NON-PRO
To take part in the competition, you must have a freediving certificate or documented experience in other competitions or pass the test in the presence of a Deepspot instructor (details in the Regulations on the website)
????? ????????????
The competition consists in diving (in any way: FIM, CWT, CNF, etc.) to the target depth (44 meters in the PRO group or 20 meters in the NON-PRO group), surfacing to a depth of no more than 2 meters and continuing the dive in the form of underwater statics. The winner is the competitor whose dive will last the longest.
