This special evening invites you to relax, unwind, and reconnect, surrounded by the beautiful resonance of crystal singing bowls, the monochord, and other soothing instruments.

This event was made possible through a warm invitation from Jo, a supporter of my sound therapy work who envisions a new spiritual wellness center in Folkestone. I’m deeply honored to be part of this journey by offering my soundbath in this historic space, known for its unique energy and atmosphere.
What to Expect
In this 75-minute session, you will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation. The vibrations of the crystal bowls and monochord, combined with carefully chosen techniques, create a nurturing soundscape that supports mental and emotional balance, releasing tension and stress.
What to Bring
- A yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything else that makes you feel cozy and comfortable
- Extra layers to stay warm and a water bottle to stay hydrated
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Before purchasing a ticket, please ensure that you are medically fit to attend a soundbath. While sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people, it may not be suitable for everyone. Contraindications include the following:
- Severe mental health conditions, such as psychosis,
- Epilepsy triggered by sound or light
- Anyone with a pacemaker or other sensitive medical implants
- Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Individuals with a history of sound sensitivity that could trigger anxiety or distress
