Deepfield, an American Rock band with SC roots, will be making its long-awaited return to the Palmetto State with a ONE-NIGHT ONLY show. Singer/songwriter (and Chapin-native), Baxter Teal has been writing and recording new music over the last few years, but the band hasn’t toured nationally in over a decade. “I have definitely missed the stage. A recent surge of writing has inspired me to start playing live again, and I couldn’t think of a better place to make our return than in my home state where my career began. It’s extra special to be able to do it in a room as intimate, beautiful, and historically rich as Newberry Opera House.
