This 10-week series focuses on building upon the skills we explored in "Hoop Flow Fundamentals".
Come to as many classes as you'd like! Registration is required.

Each week, we focus on a new skill and how to integrate it into your flow.

~Non-Physical Skills: As the tricks get harder, so can our inner critic. In this class, we will take our skills AND perspectives to the next level! We will support one another in transforming those inner "bad guys" into GLAD GUYS, beaming with pride! Interested in performing? Let's get you feeling cozy with that!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
~6pm: An optional 30 minute window to get settled, sign-in, and warm up.
~6:30pm: 60 minute class (includes opening and closing circle)
~7:30pm: Flow, play, connect with community. During this time your teacher, Brittany Rae is available for questions, hoop advice and to remind you that you are excellent. :)
