Practicing Advanced Skills in Deep Empathic Listening with the parts within you and the parts within others.
Keeping it live! Practice with challenging real-life situations - Navigating relationships & practicing & strengthening tools to confidently manage difficult dialogues.
Sharpen up your ability to form requests for connection & action with yourself & others.
Learn the Nonviolent way to give feedback both within our training group and then transfer these skills out into the world.
