About this Event
Spring, 2025 overview
I invite you to join me in a series of classes designed to help you to explore your connection to the Ancestors and to explore ancestor work as spiritual resistance.
This has been my hearts work for many years.
It has kept me going during times of great tumult in my life. Now it the time to share it with you.
In this first 8 week session we will be focusing on what I believe to be the fundamentals of ancestor veneration.
The Next session will be a deeper dive with the focus on ancestor work as spiritual and magical resistance.
Intentions and outcomes for this class
· An understanding of how working with ancestors can enrich your life
· A deeper connection to your ancestors
· Clear boundaries around when, who and how those connections are made
· A toolbox of ceremonies, rituals and more to help navigate your practice
· Connection to other like-minded folks
· Preparation for session 2
Do you wonder how to build a new kind of relationship with your Beloved Dead?
Are you struggling with reconciling problematic Ancestors?
Do you already have a practice, but would like support around how to take it deeper, feel protected, have more clarity, or are you just done with doing your work alone?
In my home and online, we will use 8 sessions to walk a path of reconnection.
Though meditations using the Volva Stav method of stav rhythm we will journey to spaces within ourselves.
We will use spiritual herbalism and craft various tools to aid in our practice.
We will learn, create and practice a variety of altars
This class will be on a sliding scale of $306-$630
Folks are invited to pay in advance or break it up into smaller payments.
For in-person classes, I will provide a Community Cook dinner of soup, salad and bread.
