DEEPENING TANTRA RETREAT As in previous tantra retreats I ask for your trust to guide you moment by moment without giving you too much details about what we are going to do beforehand. It is an invitation to let life unfold as it is and trust the guidance that will be given to us during this retreat. You will recognize the safe, loving and respectful atmosphere that we create together from previous retreats.
We will also go deeper together and this is why only you with previous experience can join, so that we all know how to relate to ourselves and each other and how to keep firm and loving boundaries.
What may be different in the deepening retreat and what I mean by ”deepening”?
More silence and ”less is more” practice, e.g. feeling more by doing less.
Possible more emotionally challenging. When we go deeper we might experience more pleasure and bliss, but also there is a chance/risk to get in touch with unpleasant stored traumatic residue in the body. As you already know, pleasure and pain goes hand in hand and if you are willing to meet and embrace it all, inner freedom is waiting for you. In my experience that is the most precious gift that life can offer. It comes with peace, love, gratitude, joy, abundance, pleasure … and allt that we are longing for.
Possibly less clothes on, however this is always optional.
Possibly more s€xual energy flow, but as always only if that is what is true. We may invite it but never try to make anything happen by force.
If you come with a partner you can choose to do everything together or to flow as individuals in the group. You make your own agreements about this before and during the retreat.
