On the occasion of the Future is YOUth 2024 network meeting, we are organising this event to widen perspectives on mental health. We will explore questions like
👉What is the spiritual dimension of mental health?
👉Where do spirituality and mental health meet?
👉How can a spiritual practice support mental health?
👉What ‘qualifies’ as a spiritual practice?
👉How do movement-, meditation-, nature- and art-oriented spiritual practices work?

Florian Ploberger (www.florianploberger.com) is a medical doctor based in Vienna. His speech ‘Burnout prevention from a perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Buddhist philosophy’ will serve as a starting point for reflection.
