Whether you are new or experienced in your yoga journey, this workshop will help you learn and experience the foundations and benefits of alignment. This is not just about where the feet go in relation to the hands for example. It is about how to use alignment as a direct communication between your body and the world around you. It is also about how to find alignment to feel & direct energy through your body. This will allow you clear stuck energy and your practice becomes an interesting internal experience!
