Deep rest Winter wom*n’s Circle. Learn the lost feminine art of deep rest: womb cave practice; Moon time yoga; cyclical living; Art Therapy
About this Event

Join Liddy & Rose for a Deep Winter Rest Wom*n’s Circle.

We live in a society where doing is rewarded and we are expected to live and feel the same in the depths of winter as we do in the peak of summer. We are disconnected from the wisdom of cyclical living, when there are moments of doing and expanding and then natural points of stillness and contraction.

The lost feminine practice of deep rest teaches us the ancient secret that the deeper we cocoon, the brighter we bloom.

In this container we will gather together in the following practices:

• learn the ancient art of the moon time womb cave/ red tent.

• Embodying our inner Wise Woman/ Old Crone to practice deep listening to our intuition.

• We will learn from seasonal herbal wisdom how to use native plants in deep rest.

• Restorative moon time yoga practice.

• Art Therapy wombscape practice

What is a Wom*n’s Circle ?

Many years ago we would gather in red tents as women and share stories, rub each other’s feet and receive wisdom from our elders. Wom*n’s Circles are a way of reconnecting to this ancient practice in our modern day world. They are a way of transmuting competition into collaboration; comparison into inspiration. Will you join us sister?
