Deep Stretch & Sound Bath
A Gentle Journey Into Deep Rest
Step into a warm, cozy studio space and allow your nervous system to soften as you’re guided through an evening of slow movement, breath, and sound.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation and gentle, relaxing breathwork to help you arrive fully in your body and release the mental noise of the day.
From there, you’ll move into a 45-minute deep stretch yin practice, designed to slowly open the entire body. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing tension to melt from the muscles, fascia, and joints while encouraging deep relaxation and stillness.
After stretching, you’ll settle into complete rest for a 45-minute immersive sound bath. Crystal singing bowls, flute, chimes, handpan, and other harmonic instruments will wash over you, guiding your brainwaves into deeply restorative states and supporting emotional release, energetic alignment, and profound calm.
This experience is perfect if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, sore, emotionally heavy, or simply craving deep rest and reconnection.

Your journey will be guided by Jade, the creator of Earth Angel Frequencies, a sound healer, yoga teacher, and meditation guide with over a decade of experience in the wellness space. Her work blends gentle movement, breath, and therapeutic sound to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.
Jade creates spaces that feel safe, grounded, and deeply nourishing — inviting you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to a sense of inner calm. Her sessions are intuitive, heart-led, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
