It is a facilitated conscious dance, optional blindfolded to start, surrounded by nature…. 🌿⁠
Blended into a juicy unique offering.⁠

🎧️In a 90 minute session, you are taken on a journey within, allowing you to deeply connect with yourself in a gorgeous guided movement meditation.⁠
Using visualisation you are guided to start to slowly move and trust in your body to move the way it needs to, increasing the tempo to a euphoric dance sensation and then coming down to savour your inner joy.⁠
