This special 90 minute session is a deeply nourishing journey that combines restorative yoga, myofascial release, and guided meditation to help you gently unwind and reconnect.
Using Shakti mats, therapy balls, yoga blocks, and the support of the floor, we’ll explore poses designed to release long-held tension in the fascia – the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles and organs – while calming the nervous system.
Expect long, spacious holds with full support, where you’re guided to soften, slow down, and let go.
Through mindful placement of props and gentle breath awareness, the body is invited to shift from tension to ease, from doing to simply being.
We’ll finish with a grounding yoga nidra (guided rest meditation) and a crystal bowl sound bath, allowing you to fully surrender into rest and integration.
The room will be warm and softly lit, creating a sanctuary-like atmosphere to support deep internal stillness.
This practice is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply seeking deep rest and reconnection.
No experience is needed, just come as you are.
